South Pas High STEM Building
Construction has begun on the wood framing of the northern section of the building and the crews are installing laminated beams and wood joists to complete the second-floor framing of the building. The southern section of the building’s underground utilities is nearly complete and the foundation is scheduled to begin this month.
SPHS Physical Education and Athletic Facility
The plans continue to be developed with more depth and specificity in order to submit to the Department of State Architects this summer.
SPMS Hard Court & Field Project
Final grading has completed and the site will be ready for the synthetic turf in May. The tennis courts and basketball courts are nearly complete.
SPMS Old Gymnasium Repurposing
The team is re-evaluating the structural and seismic requirements for the old gymnasium in order to identify potential costs savings. As such, the team anticipates submitting plans to the Division of State Architects in June 2018.
