A pressure washer was reported stolen from a garage in the 200 block of Warwick Place sometime from 2-11 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, after an intruder cut through a chain securing the garage door.
An unknown person was reported to have burglarized a home in the 700 block of Park Avenue sometime from 10:20 a.m. to 11 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, after breaking in through a kitchen window.

An unidentified man was reported to have extorted payment under threat of citizen’s arrest from a victim in the 900 block of Meridian Avenue at around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8. He was described as Hispanic, wearing a black hoodie and carrying a backpack.

Catalytic converters were reported stolen from a Land Rover Discovery SUV and a Land Rover Range Rover SUV parked near Fair Oaks Avenue and Bank Street from 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, through 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 9.

An unidentified man was seen stealing cellphones after ripping them from security displays from the T-Mobile on Huntington Drive at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9. He was described as Hispanic, 30 years old, standing 5 foot-10 inches, weighing 250 pounds and wearing a blue windbreaker, black hat, shorts and Gucci sunglasses, and was seen driving a gray Toyota sedan.

An unidentified person was seen smashing the front passenger side window of a Honda Pilot SUV parked in the 1900 block of Huntington Drive at around 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, before fleeing in a dark sedan.

A 40-year-old man and 26-year-old man, both from Los Angeles, were arrested on suspicion of possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance after being pulled over at 3 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, in the 1200 block of Brunswick Avenue.

A card skimming device was found to have been placed in an ATM at Comerica Bank on Fair Oaks Avenue sometime between 8:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 10, and 9:12 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11.

A 41-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested on suspicion of attempting to use a fraudulent passport to make a transaction at US Bank on Fair Oaks Avenue at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7.

A 25-year-old woman and 32-year-old man, both from Los Angeles, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance after being pulled over at 4 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, near Pasadena Avenue and Arroyo Boulevard.

A 34-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested on suspicion of stealing items from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 700 block of Monterey Road at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12.

An unidentified woman was seen shoplifting liquor from Rite Aid on Fair Oaks Avenue at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8. She was described as white with blonde hair and a neck tattoo and wearing a multicolored jacket with red pants.

A 43-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting liquor from Grocery Outlet on Huntington Drive at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10.

A 25-year-old Rialto man was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public after being found allegedly walking in the street and unable to care for himself at 12:10 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, near Huntington Drive and Alhambra Road.
