South Pasadena resident and actor James Reynolds - who recently won a Daytime Emmy Award for outstanding lead actor in a drama series for his work on NBC’s “Days of Our Lives” - was honored by the City Council Wednesday night during its regularly scheduled meeting. Reynolds, who also co-owns the Fremont Centre Theatre in So Pas, is flanked from the left, Councilmembers Michael A.
