While the largest South Pasadena Tournament of Roses fundraiser of the year, the Crunch Time Party, was underway; next door at the War Memorial Building, volunteers worked through the night under the Oaklawn Bridge and Waiting Station making last minute additions to the South Pasadena Rose Parade Float.
