Do you want to keep yourself busy in the summer? Would you like to help out the community by becoming a Volunteen? High school students who live in South Pasadena, or attend a school in the city, can apply to be a Volunteer.

Volunteens gain leadership experience by making worthwhile contributions to their community-donating their time, skills, and talents. Applications are available at www.southpasadenaca.gov and will be accepted until May 15.

Mail your completed application to the Recreation Division, 815 Mission Street, South Pasadena, CA 91030, Attn: Lucy. Applications will be reviewed in late May. Applicants will be interviewed and placed as needed once they have attended the in-service training. The in-service training will be held at the Recreation Division, 815 Mission Street, on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
