Public Hearing -SR710 North Project  Wednesday, June 13 at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A draft EIR/EIS was released for public comment in March 2015.  Based on this new information, a focused RDEIR/SDEIS has been prepared for public review and comment.   The proposed alternatives fro the project include:  The Transportation System Management/Transportation Demand Management Alternative (TSM/TDM, the Bus Rapid Transit Alternative (BRT), the Light Rail Transit Aternative (LRT) and the Freeway Tunnel Alternative.   Maranatha High School Student Services Center 169 S.
