Free Women’s Self Defense Class Saturday, March 30 at 9-10:00 a.m  Participants will learn how to defend themselves and escape from critical situations. Instruction will include safety awareness, how to properly hit and kick, how to escape common holds, and how to fight while on the ground.   Open to beginners and advanced participants, and to all athletic abilities. Participants are encouraged to attend multiple sessions to strengthen their skills.  Free class offered by the South Pasadena Police Department. Participation limited to women ages 18 and up.
