On 5-22-19, victim reviews his security cameras remotely and sees the above suspect in the rear yard of his residence (1100 block of Fairview Avenue, South Pasadena, CA 91030) at 1:07 PM. The suspect walks around the house, even accessing the second floor and looks into doors and windows. Suspect attempts to remove a window screen but fails. Suspect then leaves with no loss.
